Attorney Profiles

Adam Tate represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, construction litigation, products liability, commercial litigation and insurance coverage.  Before joining Sanders & Parks, he worked for a civil litigation firm in New Mexico where he gained significant experience in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice defense and appeals. 

Mr. Tate earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009 where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected a member of the Order of the Coif.  Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University.  Mr. Tate is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of New Mexico.
