Jasmina Richter practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability defense, property tax, public entity law, and construction law. As part of her professional liability practice, Jasmina defends architects, engineers, insurance agents, accountants, real estate agents, and other professionals. Jasmina received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Pennsylvania State University. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law where she graduated with Honors in 2005. During law school, Jasmina represented a client in immigration court, was a member of the Intellectual Property Program, the Asylum and Human Rights Clinic, and the Criminal Law Clinic. She also published an article in Vanderbilt's Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law entitled Distinctly Deliniated Fictional Characters That Constitute The Story Being Told: Who Are They and Do They Deserve Separate Copyright Protection?
