Although based in Arizona, we represent clients throughout the country in a wide variety of areas.

Our Practice Areas

The attorneys at Sanders & Parks P.C. provide outstanding legal advice, representation, and results to clients in the following areas:

Experience and Integrity Matter

Sanders & Parks P.C., formerly known as Teilborg, Sanders & Parks, was formed in 1973 when James A. Teilborg, Frank A. Parks, and Richard B. Sanders pooled their considerable talents and experience to invent a new approach to legal representation. Although our firm has grown to approximately 27 active attorneys, and its composition has changed over the years, we have remained committed to the principles of integrity, effectiveness, and client service first announced by our founding fathers over 33 years ago.  As we have learned through three decades of practice, complex litigation requires a real appreciation of legal and business principles, as well as a continuing commitment to changes and trends.  The same is true for our transactional clients with needs in s lending contract drafting and negotiation, acquisitions, and negotiations to name a few.  In years past, businesses, corporations, and insurance companies looked exclusively to large law firms to handle their legal affairs. Today, business executives, corporate counsel, and risk managers are much more sophisticated: their selection of counsel is based more on the real needs of the situation at hand and a bottom-line orientation.  That change has served us well, for we have had tremendous success forging relationships with businesses, other attorneys, in-house counsel, and litigation managers of major corporations and insurance companies throughout the country.  Many clients migrated to us because they got tired of being lost in the shuffle, tired of dealing only with voicemail and email and tired of confronting business uncertainties and opportunities without timely, responsive legal advice. We understand that our clients value our knowledge and common sense over pomp and circumstance. Our attorneys are graduates of distinguished law schools and have diverse backgrounds in insurance, industry, construction, business, financial services, accounting, government, and education.

At Sanders & Parks P.C., we are dedicated to providing quality legal service in a friendly and professional atmosphere.  We apply the right combination of innovation, creativity, and commitment to each case that we handle.  We strive to resolve disputes fairly, efficiently, and economically.  We keep clients involved in their cases, respond promptly to inquiries, and stay on top of changes in the law.  Our innovative approach to client service blends the best of expertise, teamwork, and service. You will not find any cliques, gimmicks, or unpleasant surprises at our firm, just good attorneys with impeccable legal credentials, ability, and a knack for delivering results.
